Elena Todorovska is an acknowledged law expert whose clients value her strong business sense and her pragmatic and results-oriented advice. Elena has significant expertise in banking and finance, including acquisitions and project finance, capital markets, insurance and regulatory matters; corporate, including mergers, corporate reorganizations, liquidations, acquisitions, disposals and takeover bids; extensive knowledge of the Energy Law and legal due diligence of thermal power plant and real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, landlord/tenant issues and property development sectors.
