Katerina is an external legal consultant with extensive long term experience in consulting and advising our clients abroad. She has an in-depth knowledge of tax and finance law, intellectual property rights and coorperative law. Located in Dusseldorf, Germany, Katerina is our full time associate who provides legal assistance and guidance to our clients in various EU countries. Her distinctive expertise is assistance in international arbitration cases. Her vast legal experience includes, but is not limited to, numerous projects regarding: capital transformation, starting business in Germany, as well as various other legal researches and legal opinions in German language, protecting investor rights, intellectual property rights license agreements and other legal acts. She also possesses exceptional knowledge of the international private civil law, Intellectual property law and company law. Katerina has proven skills in creating effective negotiation strategies and mediation. She interprets and drafts contracts in accordance to our clients’ specific international commercial strategies.
